Steps to Creating a Shaped USB

Step 1: Project Brief

We can work from  designed artwork, a drawing, pictures of a product or sample product to match. Most often this will be images or photos of the item from various angles.​
* To Recreate the Heart "Pace Maker" as a USB. Client Supplied our team an image and a actual sample of the Pace Maker Product.

Step 2: Initial Drawing

Initial drawing is made and clinal edits are made accordingly. Changes are made back and forth till the final design is approved.
Colours are chosen for design areas and logos.

Step 3: Final Drawing

The final approved 3D Drawing is approved, including all colours. One off Prototype Sample is made. This is a 3D Sample and either final changes are made or mass production begins.

Step 4: Final Product

Final Product. Overall this process takes around 3-5 weeks from original idea to receipt of final product.
