LOGO QUALITY

High-resolution artwork is essential for a professional finish.

  • Low-quality images can appear pixelated or unclear when applied to products.

  • We recommend supplying artwork with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

COLOUR FORMATS

Correct colour setup ensures your brand colours are accurately reproduced.

  • Pantone (PMS) — best for colour consistency

  • CMYK — for print

Where possible, provide solide Pantone colours for best results.

  • Simple logos with solid shapes

  • Fine details or fonts need to be adjusted

Artwork Requirements - Premium Hard Surface Branding

File Requirements for Hard Surface Transfer Print

To get a sharp print, your logo or design needs to meet these technical requirements. If your files don't match, our team can help fix them, but it may delay your order.

File Format: Supply your artwork as a vector file (EPS, AI, or PDF) with all fonts converted to curves/outlines. High-resolution PNG files are accepted if they have a transparent background and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

No Background Blocks: Do not include background blocks or boxes unless you want them printed. Ensure your file has a true transparent background.

Colour Profiles: All files must be saved using the CMYK color profile. If you supply files in RGB, the colors will automatically convert during printing, which can cause slight shade shifts.

Minimum Line Thickness: Smallest text or lines must be at least 0.5mm (or 1.5 points) thick. Anything thinner will not have enough adhesive backing to stick permanently to the product.

No Transparencies or Glows: he printing process requires a solid layer of white ink behind your logo. Because of this, we cannot print semi-transparent opacities, soft glows, or dropshadows that fade out to 0%. All design elements must be solid.

File Requirements (DTF)

To ensure your logo prints clearly and adheres permanently to the clothing, your design files must meet these requirements:

File Format: Supply your artwork as a vector file (EPS, AI, or PDF) with all fonts converted to curves/outlines. High-resolution PNG files are accepted if they have a transparent background and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

No Background Blocks: Remove any solid background boxes or rectangles from the file unless they are a deliberate part of your design. The printer will apply ink to everything visible in the file.

Colour Profiles: Please save your artwork using the CMYK color profile. Files supplied in RGB will be automatically converted, which can cause slight changes to specific logo shades.

Minimum Line Thickness: Small details, thin lines, or fine text must be at least 0.8mm (or 2.2 points) thick. Anything thinner will not have enough adhesive glue backing to stick securely to the fabric threads during washing.

No Transparencies or Glows: Our fabric printing process requires a solid layer of white ink underneath your design to make the colours stand out. Because of this, we cannot print gradients that fade into 0% opacity, soft dropshadows, or semi-transparent glows. All edges and design elements must be solid.
