Online Inventory Control Software Module - “OFS” is a System developed bv ADM Solutions to manage inventory online.

The features of the “OFS” System are:

1. Users can log in securely into our system at any time & view current stock levels.

2. Multi departmental user groups can be created, so different departments have their own dedicated stock,
   and can only view stock in their specific department, not that of other departments.

3. Ability to handle hundreds of individual products, all coded and assigned to departments.

4. Users can log in and “Order” their stock on-line for delivery.

5. Automatic email generation at time of order with order tracking number.

6. Packing Slip matched tracking number for ease of identification.

7. Order status can be monitored at any time.

8. Once order is despatched, stock levels are changed accordingly, hence stock levels are always “live”.
